How do I place an order online?
Use the search bar or category to navigate to the item you would like to buy.
Click on the 'Add to Cart' button to add the product to your shopping list. To complete your purchase, navigate to the shopping basket (top right) and review your order details. Then click the 'Proceed" button to finish the checkout process. Follow the instructions to log in to our shop and complete your order. You can either create a customer account to keep track of your orders, or you can create a guest account (please note that if you create a guest account, you will have to re-enter your details the next time you place an order).
Check your billing and delivery details. Select your desired payment method. Complete your order by accepting our terms and conditions and confirming your order by clicking the button 'Order subject to payment".
Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail and you will be automatically kept informed of the status of your order.
You can easily track your parcel at any time using the tracking number link provided by our delivery partner DPD. If your goods are too bulky to be dispatched via parcel service, please contact our service team for tracking the consignment.

Do you run a business / do you need an invoice with VAT shown (not from Klarna)?
As a commercial customer (with a trade licence/valid VAT ID) you can register at our B2B shop.
Please subscribe at the following link https://b2b-trafficsafety.horizont.com/en/login or use the 'Go to B2B shop' button in the top right corner of the current page. Our sales team will verify your registration, and you will receive feedback by email. With the chosen user data, you can then log into the shop at any time.
Verification is done by the sales team manually and therefore might require some time. We appreciate your understanding.
We kindly ask you to do not make any orders in the B2C area during the verification process.
How do I change my customer details?
To edit your customer details, log into your account with your login details, and choose 'Personal Information'. This section also allows you to change your password.
Please note that this option is only available to you if you have created a customer account with us and have not placed an order using a guest account.
I forgot my password. what should I do?
You can reset your password by clicking the 'Reset Password' button. Enter the email address you used to register with the shop. Follow the link sent to you automatically by email to reset your password.

When will I receive the goods?
Once your goods have been dispatched, you will receive an email with your personal tracking number. You can use this number to check the status and track your order.en.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
If you would like to amend or cancel your order, please contact our sales team as soon as possible on Tel: +49 5631 565 200 (E-Mail: traffic@horizont.com) –we will be happy to help.
If it is no longer possible to cancel the order, please refuse to accept the parcel and inform our sales team - it will be automatically returned to us.
Whitch courier will be used to ship my goods?
We will ship your parcels in co-operation with DPD / a selected group forwarders.
So you offer delivery to a self-service parcel delivery station?
No. Parcels are shipped via DPD parcel service and this courier does not offer deliver to self-service parcel delivery stations.
Is express shipping available?
No. We do not offer express delivery.

Voucher Codes
If you would like to redeem a voucher code from one of our promotions, you can do so directly from within the shopping basket. Please fill in the 'Voucher Code' box and press the button 'Apply'. Your total will be automatically updated.
My order is incomeplete/ defective -what should I do?
